Forse, chi è rimasto, non ha avuto modo di aggiornarsi e continua fare il meccanico, come 30 anni fa, con il rischio, di danni molto seri. Dopo vari tentativi e dopo molte ore di attesa, la COLACIOPPO, pur di non darmi la vettura di cortesia, alla quale avrei avuto diritto, mi ha liquidato con un perentorio tutto OK, e, solo la mia diffidenza, mi ha fatto sentire un'altra parere, ( Pescara, dove c'è una officina molto competente ed attrezzatissima) e grazie a Dio, ho evitato un disastro che mi sarebbe costato molte migliaia di euro. Come si può agire con tanta superficialità e mettere a rischio il cliente, il quale, anche se coperto da garanzia, ci rimette tempo, mancato utilizzo dell'auto e molti giorni di disagio. After several attempts and after many hours of waiting, the COLACIOPPO, in order not to give me the courtesy car, to which I would have been entitled, liquidated me with a peremptory OK, and, only my mistrust, made me feel a another opinion (Pescara, where there is a very competent and well-equipped workshop) and thank God, I avoided a disaster that would have cost me many thousands of euros. How can you act so superficially and put the customer at risk, who, even if covered by warranty, will lose time, lack of use of the car and many days of hardship.

Prenotato tagliando On line con l'aiuto dell'assistenza clienti Citroen per il giorno 17/08/2020 alle ore 17:30. Ho regolarmente ricevuto mail di conferma. Mi sono recato oggi con circa 15 minuti di anticipo,da premettere che ho dovuto percorrere circa 65 km per recarmi nell'officina della concessionaria,ed ho trovato tutto chiuso!!!!! Non potevo crederci,senza parole....... Experience to forget. Unacceptable behavior, a serious lack of respect towards the customer. Booked online coupon with the help of Citroen customer service for 17/08/2020 at 17:30. I have regularly received confirmation emails. I went today about 15 minutes early, to say that I had to travel about 65 km to go to the dealership's workshop, and I found everything closed !!!!! I couldn't believe it, speechless .......

La differenza con altre realtà è che da Colacioppo sei un amico a cui fare la manutenzione dell'auto, in altri posti un cliente qualunque. Authorized Citroen and DS workshop with great experience. The difference with other realities is that at Colacioppo you are a friend to do the maintenance of the car, in other places an ordinary customer.
