★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il Team dell'Officina Volkswagen per una serie di lavori di manutenzione sulla mia VW Passat 2.0 TDI 190. La mia auto ha più di 130.000 chilometri e, grazie alla manutenzione sul cambio DSG e diversi altri elementi, la guidabilità è finalmente tornata ottimale; i colleghi dell'officina hanno analizzato con attenzione i piccoli difetti che lamentavo da tempo sulla mia auto e li hanno risolti tutti. I lavori effettuati mi sono stati spiegati nel dettaglio sia prima di incominciare, sia successivamente, alla riconsegna. Ho testato diversi centri VW in altri paesi e posso garantire che il livello di professionalità e di competenza dei colleghi della VW di Pasquarelli Lanciano è molto elevato.  I had the pleasure of meeting the Volkswagen Workshop Team for a series of maintenance work on my VW Passat 2.0 TDI 190. My car has more than 130,000 kilometers and, thanks to the maintenance on the DSG gearbox and several other elements, the driveability it is finally back to being optimal; colleagues from the workshop have carefully analyzed the small defects that I have been complaining about for some time on my car and have solved them all. The work carried out was explained to me in detail both before starting and after delivery. I have tested several VW centers in other countries and I can guarantee that the level of professionalism and competence of the VW colleagues of Pasquarelli Lanciano is very high. Eccellente. Sorpreso per l'attenzione, la puntualità, la cortesia e la professionalità.
In particolare... fin dall'acquisto della vettura (nuova) ho avuto un problema con il funzionamento infotainment/smartphone. Oramai ero rassegnato a non collegare più lo smartphone al sistema dell'auto.
Francesco all'accettazione è stato molto attento a captare tra le mie parole il problema e subito si è adoperato per la risoluzione. Al momento sembra risolto. Contentissimo per il trattamento. Grazie.

Excellent. Surprised for the attention, punctuality, courtesy and professionalism.
In particular ... since the purchase of the (new) car I have had a problem with the infotainment / smartphone operation. By now I was resigned to no longer connecting the smartphone to the car system.
Upon acceptance, Francesco was very careful to understand the problem in my words and immediately worked to resolve it. At the moment it seems solved. Delighted for the treatment. Thank you.

Well deserved five stars. I bought a new vehicle, Wolkswagen Nuova Polo, relying on the sales consultant Mr. Nicola Granata. I found professionalism, attention to customer needs, courtesy, ability to provide detailed advice on the vehicle model and financial formulas, clarifications on every aspect, also after-sales availability, of a decidedly high level. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato dischi e pasticche anteriori e solo le pasticche nella parte posteriore nell' agosto 2021 alla mia golf 7 1.6 tdi, per poi accorgermi dopo mesi di distanza che le pasticche dietro non sono state sostituite danneggiando anche i dischi posteriori ora devo cambiare sia dischi che pasticche
I changed front discs and pads and only the pads in the rear in August 2021 to my golf 7 1.6 tdi, only to realize after months of distance that the rear pads have not been replaced, also damaging the rear discs now I have to change both discs and pills
