★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese BMW Niederlassung ist nicht zu empfehlen. 60 Euro für nichts bezahlt. Meine Luftfederung von meinem 528i Touring ist ausgefallen.
Nach 3 Tagen des Wartens wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Kompressor defekt wäre und das würde 1200 Euro kosten. Ich habe daraufhin einen gebrauchten Kompressor gekauft, doch das Problem war das gleiche. Ich habe dann die Luftbalge kontrolliert und es stellte sich heraus, dass einer einen riss hatte. BMW hat sich nicht die Mühe gemacht, genau zu prüfen, was wirklich defekt war. Im Urlaub 3 Tage auf das Auto warten zu müssen und dann noch eine falsche Diagnose zu stellen, geht gar nicht. Null Sterne für nichts.
This BMW branch is not recommended. 60 euros for nothing paid. My air suspension from my 528i Touring has failed.
After 3 days of waiting I was told that the compressor would be defective and that would cost 1200 euros. I then bought a used compressor, but the problem was the same. I then checked the air bellows and it turned out that one had a crack. BMW did not bother to check exactly what was really broken. To wait 3 days for the car on holiday and then to make a wrong diagnosis, does not work. Zero stars for nothing.
