Un tagliando nn completo 400 € ,per tradurre il computer dell'inglese all'italiano mi hanno chiesto 350€,e per una batteria 500 €. Nn ci andrò mai più .N.B COMPUTER E BATTERIA non fatti da loro.Nn consiglio. Competent and kind. My BMW series 1 118 d took two years. Disappointed by the prices !! A complete coupon 400 €, to translate the computer from English to Italian they asked me for 350 €, and for a battery 500 €. I will never go there again. N.B COMPUTERS AND BATTERY not made by them.

Ma nonostante ciò non mi hanno nemmeno guardato l'auto... Se questa è assistenza Peugeot !!! Ho avuto un’emergenza per strada, in prossimità della concessionaria e l’assistenza da me contattata mi ha rifiutato un aiuto in officina motivandolo perché l’agenda era piena!! Adesso, posso capire l’organizzazione del lavoro e la professionalità che si vuole mostrare, ma da qui a lasciare per strada una persona loro cliente tanto per la vendita effettuata che nella manutenzione sempre svolta presso la stessa officina...beh ne corre tanta di cortesia!! Quindi giudizio negativo e cliente perso!! My transaction was not easy as I was buying the car without physically inspecting it myself and also shipped it to California. Andrea Stompanato was absolutely amazing and helped me every step of the way. I found the car on a website Autoscout24.EU and I looked at over 50 different cars before deciding to work with Andrea. He sent me as many pictures as I could ask for and also a video of the car running. To accomplish this purchase I had to take a "leap of faith" in selecting the vehicle online and entrusting the transaction to someone. I know that I made the right choice as the Defender arrived in exactly the condition that I expected and Andrea has continued to go "above and beyond" in supporting me getting the car imported and licensed. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime (all of the others in the USA) and this has been my best experience! I highly recommend Andrea and Concessionaria OPEL Gori Srl
