Ci è stata fatta provare l'auto della quale abbiamo chiesto info, con una prova su strada ampia ed abbondantemente descrittiva, senza mettere fretta alla visita, ovviamente la persona che ci ha accolto, Paolo Ponticelli, si è mostrato disponibile oltre che preparato nelle risposte alle nostre richieste, anche tecniche. We were welcomed with sympathy and cordiality, a family atmosphere, but without losing professionalism. We were made to test the car of which we asked for info, with an extensive and abundantly descriptive road test, without rushing the visit, obviously the person who welcomed us, Paolo Ponticelli, showed himself available as well as prepared in the answers to our requests, including technical ones.
g	giulia gentili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: l’auto nuova, immatricolata da appena 2mesi, ha dato subito problemi e il servizio clienti si è mostrato totalmente inefficiente…non mi è stato comunicato quanto tempo sarebbe durato l’intervento, non mi è stata offerta un’auto sostitutiva, non mi è stata indicata l’entità né il tipo di problema. Inaffidabili. Bad experience: the new car, registered for just 2 months, immediately gave problems and the customer service was totally inefficient ... I was not told how long the intervention would last, I was not offered a replacement car, I was not told the extent or type of problem. Unreliable.

Ho fatto più di 180 km per poter visionare e provare un auto. Quando ho chiesto di provarla mi è stato negato dicendo che a causa del covid non si poteva. Tutti gli altri concessionari che ho visitato nella ricerca della mia nuova auto non hanno avuto problemi a farmi fare una breve prova su strada. In oltre sono stato trattato con supponenza e arroganza. Non ci metterò più piede. Auguro alla concessionaria Brandini un buon Natale. Although I had made an appointment and had specifically asked to try a used car (confirmed by sms) I was denied. I drove more than 180 km to be able to view and test a car. When I asked to try it I was denied saying that because of the covid it was not possible. All the other dealerships I visited looking for my new car had no problem letting me take a short test drive.
