★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 10.15 ho chiesto una ricarica ma il loro terminale stava facendo un aggiornamento,forse sarebbe stato meglio farlo in apertura del negozio alle ore 9.Ho chiamato 3 volte ma nessuno ha mai risposto.Alle 11.45 non avevano fatto ancora la ricarica ma il terminale funzionava.È inutile telefonare perchè non rispondono mai.Meno male che ero solo di passaggio.Ho ripreso i miei soldi e ho fatto la ricarica dal tabacchino dentro allo stesso centro commerciale.Esperienza non buona.
At 10.15 I asked for a recharge but their terminal was doing an update, perhaps it would have been better to do it at the opening of the shop at 9 am I called 3 times but no one ever answered.At 11.45 they had not yet done the recharge but the terminal was working . It is useless to call because they never answer. Less bad that I was just passing through. I took back my money and I recharged from the tobacconist in the same shopping center. Not a good experience.

Sicuramente è una cosa che faranno anche le altre compagnie telefoniche, però se vai lì non preparato stai tranquillo che ti infilano l’offerta più costosa e, cosa ancora più fastidiosa, senza informarti di altre offerte disponibili a costi minori. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE
They always try to rip you off! Surely it is something that other telephone companies will do as well, but if you go there unprepared, you can rest assured that they will throw you the most expensive offer and, what is even more annoying, without informing you of other offers available at lower costs. ABSOLUTELY AVOID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendono in giro dicono che l’offerta e 24,90 e poi arriva L’e-mail e il costo è 26,90. Provi a chiamare il negozio più volte e neanche rispondono ??
They make fun of saying that the offer is 24.90 and then the e-mail arrives and the cost is 26.90. You try to call the shop several times and they don't even answer ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché con zero non mi fa pubblicare la recensione, ho aperto un contratto con loro per la fibra e l’unica bolletta che ho pagato correttamente è stata la prima, e dopo la terza volta che sono andato per far notifica del LORO errore, il ragazzo mi ha risposto che non poteva fare niente per aiutarci se non facendo una semplice segnalazione, gli rispondo allora di non rendersi disponibili per tutto il resto se quello che fanno è solo far firmare contratti e ribatte dicendo “allora visto che siamo inutili quasi quasi tolgo la segnalazione” e come non bastasse appena arrivati la store manager (pur di non affrontare il problema con il cliente) si va a nascondere nel magazzino. L’unica cosa che posso dire è che se dovete avviare una pratica con la Vodafone al panorama no……..
I put a star because with zero it does not make me publish the review, I opened a contract with them for the fiber and the only bill I paid correctly was the first, and after the third time I went to notify THEIR error , the boy replied that he could not do anything to help us except by making a simple report, I then answer him not to make himself available for everything else if what they do is only to have contracts signed and replies by saying "then since we are almost useless I almost remove the notification "and as if that were not enough, as soon as we arrive, the store manager (in order not to face the problem with the customer) goes to hide in the warehouse. The only thing I can say is that if you have to start a case with Vodafone on the panorama no .........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attivato un'offerta presso questo negozio sabato scorso, 20€ di offerta + 5 di ricarica. I 20€ sono subito spariti e non è mai stata attivata nessuna offerta. Vergognosi. Di due operatori che erano presenti non ne fanno uno. Ovviamente sto procedendo a cambiare gestore.
Activated an offer at this shop last Saturday, 20 € offer + 5 top-up. The € 20 disappeared immediately and no offer was ever activated. Shameful. Of two operators who were present they do not make one. Obviously I am proceeding to change managers.
