★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Wind da oltre 20 anni! A parte questo, quando ho bisogno di informazioni o ricarica qui mi trovo bene! Dentro al Novi Center e comodo e sbrigativo e poi sono gentili e competenti.
I have been a Wind customer for over 20 years! Apart from that, when I need information or reload I am happy here! Inside the Novi Center it is comfortable and quick and then they are kind and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esperienza strana direi,sono stata due volte.la prima c'era un commesso molto scortese e per niente informato sulle offerte invece la seconda volta un ragazzo gentilissimo ,con tanta esperienza e sapeva rispondere a qualsiasi domanda.conclusione ho fatto il passaggio da loro.se non era per il secondo commesso non si faceva niente. Grazie mille per la gentilezza.ieri ho convinto anche mio marito a fare il passaggio..a volte cambia tanto quando ti senti trattato bene e rispettato.consiglio a tutti di andare.mi dispiace non ricordare il nome del commesso.

Ho provato a chiamare il negozio ma non risponde nessuno.
Ho mandato mille email e non risponde nessuno.
Alla fine ho chiamato il 159 e mi hanno confermato che il problema sarebbe stato risolto lunedi...
Ma fino adesso non avuto nessun miglioramento.
È da dicembre che ho la rete... all’inizio andava tutto bene e poi ha iniziato a rallentare piano piano, fino ad avere l’assenza di internet.

I sent a thousand emails and nobody answers.
In the end I called 159 and they confirmed that the problem would be solved on Monday ...

Siamo venuti più volte per la rete fissa di mia mamma anziana, quindi problema non da poco .Dopo innumerevoli discorsi sul fatto di avere inoltrato la richiesta, decidiamo di chiamare il call center e scopriamo che la richiesta nn è mai stata inoltrata. Inoltre atteggiamento saccente e arrogante del dipendente.Complimenti!!!!
