Ieri noto in un inserzione dell’Armenia una pistola che mi piace, nuova con 1 sola foto da catalogo che allego e dato,che sono di torino ed il valore dell arma nuova di circa 1.300 euro, dopo 2 mail telefono al sig Gianluca chiedendo la cortesia di inviarmi 2 o tre foto via whatsapp dell arma che sarei andato ad acquistare oggi data anche la distanza nonché il valore dell’acquisto. La risposta? “Cosa vuoi che ti dica, altre foto no, basta quella dell’inserzione, L arma è nuova chissà cosa c’è da vedere, se ti interessa l’arma è qui”…….Eh niente, data l’immenso sforzo psico/fisico richiesto nell’aprire una scatola e fare due foto …sono andato altrove e, a dirla tutta, ho anche risparmiato parecchio (sarà fortuna). Detto questo invito gli eventuali futuri clienti, magari lecitamente dubbiosi su questa recensione, a provare a chiedere qualche foto in più dell’articolo interessato….noterete l’importanza relativa alla politica di fidelizzazione del cliente .
I bought a used smith wesson 2 years ago. Yesterday I noticed in an advertisement for Armenia a pistol that I like, new with only 1 photo from the catalog that I am attaching and given, which I am from Turin and the value of the new weapon of about 1,300 euros, after 2 emails I call Mr Gianluca asking for the Please send me 2 or three photos via whatsapp of the weapon that I would have gone to buy today, also given the distance and the value of the purchase. The answer? "What do you want me to tell you, other photos no, just the one of the advert, The weapon is new, who knows what there is to see, if you are interested the weapon is here" ... .... Oh nothing, given the immense psycho effort / physical required in opening a box and taking two photos… I went elsewhere and, to be honest, I also saved a lot (it will be luck). Having said this, I invite any future customers, perhaps legitimately doubting about this review, to try and ask for some more photos of the article concerned .... you will note the importance of the customer loyalty policy.
