Honestly the sales gal that was serving me was awesome. She was so patient and helped me out with items on discounts as I have lots of items to purchase. This review is to remind shoppers to total up your intended purchases before going to the cashier counter so you'll know how much you will be paying after all the discounts given. This is because the cashier who was serving me missed a discount on an item and overcharged me instead. I only realised after I made payment and later going tru the receipt over coffee but still in the outlet premises. I went back to ask for the overcharged refunds like 15 mins later. Clearly it was their cashier's fault but their policy (generally stores all over) is such that they can't return or refund cash (even if it's their staff's fault). They will replace it with a gift card. That sucks big time because obviously such policy is indirectly forcing shoppers to come back and shop MK again even if you don't want to but you have to because your refunded cash is now in their gift card. I bought so many items for friends and family that day and after that incident, I don't think I'm going to buy anymore MK unless they revise their refund policies. So shoppers total up your purchases before going to the cashier else you don't mind your refunds are in their gift cards!

Lots of reduced prices. Service could be better.
