Fornite le informazioni giuste al vostro personale, non inventate decreti e leggi a cavoli propri.

In particolar modo sono stato seguito da Daniele, un giovane ragazzo che con grande professionalità e pazienza mi è stato dietro per più di mezz’ora nello scegliere le mie polo. Conclusione: ho acquistato 7 polo e due magliette. Questo è il risultato di quando un’azienda sceglie il proprio personale con criterio a differenza di BOGGI situato all’interno dell’outlet dove ho trovato personale scorbutico e quasi scontroso con i clienti. Sicuramente ritornerò nel negozio di Ralph per altri acquisti in futuro! Esperienza più che positiva.
