β β β β β Unfortunately, as a Tommy Hilfiger lover to see the staff making fun of the customers. when I am describing what I want because the staff donβt understand English is very sad . I loved everything the discounts, the models . But some staff donβt reflect the culture and the vision of Tommy Hilfiger.
When I entered the shop, I pointed for something I wanted and asked for other colors , the lady said only green and black (which was the one in front of us ) I thanked her and walked around the shop and saw the thing I wanted in many colors!! I though maybe she didnβt know , I asked again for something else and she said not available and making fun then I found it .
I am writing this because I respect Tommy Hilfiger, some of the staff in this branch,only one or two need to enroll in course to improve their English and their way of dealing with customers.
To be honest, itβs very sad to see the staff of a brand that you love treat you in this bad manner.

β β β β β Every seasonal sale, I go to Serravalle outlet for shopping.
As much as I love Tommy Hilfiger, some staff in this outlet are very unprofessional. They don't approach some clients, they don't help you to look for the items you're looking for, nor help you look for the available sizes that you need.
Price wise, prices in this outlet are lower compared to retail prices around Milan, or other Tommy Hilfiger retail stores.
