β β β β β Personale pessimo, negozio pieno e nessuno che seguiva i clienti. Evitavano di aiutare chiunque! Non so se hanno ben chiaro che la loro mansione Γ¨ quella di assistere il cliente. PiΓΉ clienti lamentavano del servizio e loro continuavano a parlare tra colleghi ignorando qualsiasi altra cosa. Assurdo per un negozio di lusso anche se si trova in un outlet. Volevo comprare 4 paia di scarpe ed una borsa, nessuna assistenza ricevuta, sono uscita senza comprare. Pessimi! Forse un po' di training in customer service and sales non vi farebbe male
Bad staff, full shop and no one looking after customers. They avoided helping anyone! I don't know if they are quite clear that their job is to assist the customer. More customers complained about the service and they kept talking to colleagues ignoring everything else. Absurd for a luxury shop even if it is in an outlet. I wanted to buy 4 pairs of shoes and a bag, no assistance received, I went out without buying. Bad! Maybe a little training in customer service and sales wouldn't hurt you

β β β β β Hit and miss in terms of merchandise but that's expected at an outlet. The staff can vary, the first saleslady we got was nice but when we wanted to try a jacket on a second time to be sure the second saleslady, Alice, got very impatient about us holding the jacket for 3 minutes to make a decision. Ultimately we ended up buying it but the experience left a bit of a bad taste. The transgression wasn't severe but it wasn't nice either.
