In 3 secondi, senza chiedermi nulla della tipologia forno e/o lampadina, il dipendente in cassa mi vende l'articolo come unico tipo e ideale per il forno. Pago con bancomat e nello stesso istante visualizzo foto su cellulare inviata da mio figlio. Prontamente l'addetto Trony esclama "Ormai ha pagato!" un po' come dire "Signora, ormai è fregata". L'articolo venduto non è congruo sul mio forno in quanto mi occorre attacco G9. Sembra che neppure sapesse dell'esistenza. Alche' prepara un cumulo di carta e mi invita a compilare un foglio con una valanga di dati personali (ricordo che il mio pagamento è tracciato) per avere il rilascio di un buono da euro 4,80. Non ho tempo da perdere, regalo lampadina e buono all'ottimo venditore. Mai più. Amazon forever. E poi dicono che Amazon annienta i negozi? Penso che i negozi si annientino da soli. Viva Amazon! I dipendenti molto gentilmente ci hanno cavato d'impiccio in breve tempo, ritirando la lavatrice e trovandone una nuova che si adattasse. Grazie ancora. Clienti assenti, commessi che si girano i pollici con aria annoiata invece di controllare che il prezzo esposto sia esatto. Mi sono recata in negozio per acquistare un antivirus che da frontalino con prezzo esposto sarebbe dovuto costare €19,90 salvo poi avere la sorpresa in cassa € 49,90..alle mie rimostranze sulla notevole differenza mi viene risposto che il prezzo è quello. Il frontalino è errato. Ma la legge non dice " il prezzo da pagare delle merci è quello esposto"...così gli faccio notare. Ma in modo molto arrogante mi dicono che il prezzo è quello che passa in cassa. Non ho acquistato e non acquisterò più nulla...non in un negozio in cui il cliente viene preso in giro. Un consiglio se non sapete come fare passare il tempo, vista l'assenza di clienti, controllare i frontalini. Non tutti reagiscono solo a parole. Pessimo negozio.
