Ho deciso di comprare per la prima volta su Supermedia per favorire anche per favorire una piccola azienda italiana, oltre che il prezzo competitivo rispetto a Amazon, con spedizione inclusa. ERRORE! Il prodotto si è verificato difettoso dopo i primi utilizzi. Ciò non sarebbe una colpa del commerciante ovviamente, pero è suo fardello quello di rendere felice il cliente. Ho scritto a Spermedia via Email una ventina di giorni dopo l'acquisto, dopo essermi accertato del problema. Non ho ricevuto risposta, e due giorni dopo ho chiamato il servizio clienti. Al primo giro mi hanno detto di andare in un negozio della JBL nella mia città (Genova) e farmi risolvere il problema da loro, che sarebbe stato più veloce. Al secondo giro che li chiamo mi risponde un signore, che dopo due precisazioni si innervosisce e inizia a rispondermi con tono di sufficienza e superiorità! Oh , ma chi sei? Io sono un tuo cliente e tu trattami da tale. Morale della favola, mi ritireranno il prodotto, valuteranno se l'ho rotto io, e me lo rimpiazzeranno, o rinvieranno rotto, o smaltiranno, a spese mie. Alla fine tutto quello che ho capito da Supermedia, è che forse riceverò un prodotto aggiustato, che a questo punto avrò pagato più che su Amazon, e forse riceverò uno scontrino con da pagare la spedizione e il prodotto me lo butteranno. Onestamente dopo avere parlato con il servizio clienti mi sento spaventato di avere perso 80 euro per essermi fidato di questi qua. Very rude the customer support gentleman, less the girl. Moral of the story, I will pick up the product, they will evaluate if I broke it, and they will replace it, or they will postpone broken, or dispose of, at my expense. In the end all I understood from Supermedia, is that maybe I will receive an adjusted product, which at this point I will have paid more than on Amazon, and maybe I will receive a receipt to pay for shipping and the product will throw it at me. Honestly after talking to customer service, I feel scared that I lost 80 euros for trusting them here.
