★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco personale addetto,ho telefonato più volte durante la giornata per sapere se avessero un modem da sostituire al mio che si è fulminato ,ma nessuno ha risposto,solo dopo essere andata personalmente e aver aspettato più di tre quarti d'ora perché la sola ragazza che c'era doveva smaltire i tanti clienti ,mi ha risposto che non avevano disponibile il mio modem per la sostituzione e che avrei dovuto rivolgermi altrove.
Little staff, I phoned several times during the day to find out if they had a modem to replace my one that burned out, but no one answered, only after going personally and having waited more than three quarters of an hour because the only girl that there was to dispose of the many customers, he replied that they did not have my modem available for replacement and that I would have to go elsewhere.
