Da premettere che, nel periodo covid ci hanno prima fatti accomodare al tavolo,portato il menù e poi ci hanno chiesto il green pass. Prezzi esagerati,la pizza non può essere paraganobile al prezzo,e la coca cola scaduta dal 17 novembre 2021 e ci è stata servita nel 12 febbraio 2022. Prezzi un pò più alti rispetto alla media degli altri locali del posto, ma giustificati dagli ingredienti di prima scelta utilizzati e dalle dimensioni molto generose della pizza...vi assicuro che non riuscirete a finirla tutta! L'impasto molto buono e ben cotto, ben condita con mozzarella che nonostante gli altri ingredienti si sentiva la freschezza. Personale molto accorto e cordiale. Anche se può sembrare il prezzo un po eccessivo, secondo me è meglio spendere qualche euro in più e gustare una bella pizza di ottima qualità. Complimenti I found myself by chance with a friend and we chose a pizza with knife-tip sausage and chicory. The dough is very good and well cooked, well seasoned with mozzarella that despite the other ingredients you could feel the freshness. Very attentive and friendly staff. Il proprietario, Antonio, si è subito reso disponibile per spiegarci tutti i dettagli riguardo alla carne da noi scelta. Che dire, un'esperienza sicuramente da rifare. Ci torneremo assolutamente! Nella scelta mi son lasciato consigliare dal titolare molto ben informato sulla provenienza delle carni e sui metodi di conservazione. Carne cotta al punto giusto, servita su tagliere di legno e sapientemente sporzionata dal cameriere. Nel mio caso mi riferisco a bistecche da circa 1,5kg l'una adatte a soddisfare l'appetito di 2/3 persone ciascuna. Il locale è molto bello ed accogliente ed il personale simpatico e gentile. Molto buoni anche gli assaggini offerti dalla casa e buone sembrano anche le pizze che ho visto sfilare davanti al mio tavolo. Il prezzo è un pó alto ma la qualità,, si sa, si paga, e poi sono di quelle esperienze che si fanno una tantum. In my case I am referring to steaks of about 1.5kg each suitable to satisfy the appetite of 2/3 people each. The restaurant is very nice and welcoming and the staff are nice and kind. The tastings offered by the house are also very good and the pizzas that I saw parading in front of my table also look good. The price is a little high but the quality, you know, you pay, and then they are those experiences that are made one-off.
L	Lorenzo Volpi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta di carne di ottima qualità alcune tipologie anche difficili da reperire, sono rimasto incantato dal frigorifero di frollatura che si presenta all'ingresso del locale, fantastico anche il fatto di avere diverse tipologie di sale alcune anche a me sconosciute, ma il personale è stato molto gentile nel consigliare quale utilizzare con la carne che abbiamo ordinato. Ottimo anche il gelato al pomodorino giallo, molto delicato ma allo stesso tempo un sapore nuovo e deciso. Lo consiglio se siete amanti della carne e vi piace mangiare in un ambiente a mio parere molto ospitale che ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa.
