Ovviamente, da appassionato, sapevo esattamente dove bazzicare per degustare un'ottima pizza. Attivato il radar, noto queste opere d'arte. Era necessario provarle, carico di aspettative. Riusciamo a prenotare un tavolo all'interno, climatizzato. Una volta giunti sul posto veniamo accolti dal personale giovane e simpatico che ci porta al nostro tavolo. Davvero carino il modo in cui era apparecchiato. Guardando il menù, noto con piacere un menù completo ma soprattutto che le pizze portano il nome degli autori più famosi e che le pizze riproducono colori e disegni dei rispettivi. Del prezzo, ne parlerò dopo. Dopo una breve attesa, giunge al nostro tavolo la pizza e le aspettative sono rispettate. Ottimo impasto, leggero e non eccessivamente sottile, ingredienti di prima scelta e presentazione da 10 e lode. Tutto questo giustifica il prezzo che a primo acchito può sembrare sopra la media, ma che ai posteri risulterà giustificato. Consiglio assolutamente di provare questa pizzeria, per un'esperienza diversa e gustosa. Last summer we chose Salento to spend our holidays. Obviously, as an enthusiast, I knew exactly where to hang out to taste a great pizza. Activated the radar, I notice these works of art. It was necessary to try them, full of expectations. We manage to book a table inside, air-conditioned. Once on the spot we are greeted by the young and friendly staff who take us to our table. Really nice the way it was set. Looking at the menu, I am pleased to note a complete menu but above all that the pizzas bear the name of the most famous authors and that the pizzas reproduce the colors and designs of their respective ones. About the price, I'll talk about it later. After a short wait, the pizza arrives at our table and expectations are met. Excellent dough, light and not excessively thin, first choice ingredients and presentation of 10 and praise. All this justifies the price which at first glance may seem above average, but which will be justified to posterity. I absolutely recommend trying this pizzeria, for a different and tasty experience.

Ho prenotato il giorno prima per 8 persone (di venerdì) e ci hanno dato disponibilità avvisandoci, giustamente, che avremmo dovuto lasciare il tavolo alle 22:09 perché prenotato da altre persone, ma questo non è stato un problema perché sono stati velocissimi a preparare le pizze. Un impasto buonissimo e saporito, ci sono tanti gusti particolari e ingredienti che non si trovano ovunque! Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Il locale ha anche posti all'esterno, e l'interno è molto elegante. Consiglio a tutti One of the Salento pizzerias ever visited. I booked the day before for 8 people (on a Friday) and they gave us availability by advising us, rightly, that we would have to leave the table at 22:09 because it was booked by other people, but this was not a problem because they were very quick to prepare the pizzas. A very good and tasty dough, there are many particular tastes and ingredients that are not found everywhere! I will definitely be back. The venue also has seats outside, and the inside is very elegant. I recommend to everyone

La qualità delle pizze nostre era alta. Non abbiamo avuto i problemi per degerirla e quindi l'impasto e ben levitato. Lo staff sono attenti e gentili. Torneremo. Consiglio a tutti chi vuole provare la pizza alternativa. The pizza is very artistic and gourmet. The prices are higher than a classic pizza (12-13 euros and more). The edge of the pizza is high. The quality of our pizzas was high. We did not have the problems to swallow it and therefore the dough is well levitated. The staff are attentive and kind. We'll be back. I recommend to everyone who wants to try the alternative pizza.
E	Eclectic “Maverik” Alfa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza fantastica e con tante varianti e prodotti d'eccellenza. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti e per tutti gli stili. Inoltre carina la sezione con le pizze dedicate al King Of Mortadella. Il locale è veramente carico e il personale cordiale e gentile nell'accogliere le mie modifiche/richieste. Costo delle pizze un po' abbastanza sopra la media ma il tutto è giustificato da pizze d'autore, prodotti d'eccellenza e particolari, abbondanza e qualità. Consigliatissima pizzeria non ne rimarrete delusi. Ps. Pizza cotta nel forno a legna Fantastic pizza with many variations and excellent products. There is something for all tastes and styles. Also nice is the section with the pizzas dedicated to the King Of Mortadella. The place is really loaded and the staff friendly and kind in accepting my changes / requests. The cost of the pizzas is a bit above the average but it is all justified by signature pizzas, excellent and particular products, abundance and quality. Highly recommended pizzeria you will not be disappointed. Ps. Pizza cooked in a wood oven
