A dir poco eccezionale! Pizzeria di altissimo livello che riesce a soddisfare pienamente i gusti di tutti, anche della clientela intollerante al glutine e/o al lattosio. Non ricordavo di aver mangiato una pizza così buona (ma dir "buona" è dire poco). Anche la mia compagna, purtroppo intollerante, non ha mai trovato un impasto così delicato ma nello stesso tempo gustoso (binomio difficile da soddisfare quando si parla di impasti senza glutine). Potete chiedere anche impasti fatti con diverse varianti di farine (quella che ho ordinato stasera era, ad esempio, fatta con il grano arso). Chiedete al personale (a proposito, una menzione speciale la merita Alessandro, un vero e proprio professionista in tutto e per tutto!) di proporvi le pizze fuori menù, questa sera ce n'erano ben quattro una migliore dell'altra! Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti di questa scelta. Normative anti - COVID seguite alla perfezione. Ottima sinergia tra il personale di sala. Un consiglio : tenetevi stretti il pizzaiolo ed Alessandro, avete fatto BINGO! AVANTI TUTTA! ? ? ?
Exceptional to say the least! Pizzeria of the highest level that is able to fully satisfy everyone's tastes, even customers intolerant to gluten and / or lactose. I did not remember having eaten such a good pizza (but to say "good" is an understatement). Even my partner, unfortunately intolerant, has never found such a delicate but at the same time tasty dough (a difficult combination to satisfy when it comes to gluten-free dough). You can also ask for dough made with different variations of flour (the one I ordered tonight was, for example, made with burnt wheat). Ask the staff (by the way, Alessandro deserves a special mention, a real professional in all respects!) To offer you the off-menu pizzas, tonight there were four of them, one better than the other! We were really happy with this choice. Anti - COVID regulations followed perfectly. Excellent synergy between the dining room staff. A piece of advice: keep the pizza chef and Alessandro tight, you've done BINGO! FULL SPEED AHEAD! ? ? ?

Good pizza but the but the service and the hours that it’s open are a bit lack luster we’ve showed up at 6 and gotten turned away and they close around 11:30 depending on how many people are in the restaurant. You’d think they would have faster service if they wanted to close so early

Top notch pizza in the Napoletan style (soft center, ultra thin, puffy crust, 24hr+ rise for a chewy douugh). They specialise in pizza so I'd recommend pizza! It's quite hard to get this kind of pizza in Andrano. I got the Capriciosa for its long list of ingredients-- mushrooms, American pepperoni (known as sausage in Italy), olives, mozzarella, ham, artichokes and a bit of anchovies. So yummy! I'll be returning the next time I'm in Andrano.

The BEST pizza I’ve ever had in the whole Salento. They have a great variety of ingredients all sourced locally and they offer also gluten free, whole wheat and other dough options. The place setting is very nice and all of the workers were kind and helpful. Alessandro and Roberta are amazing. By the way I had the guancialona and the campagnola 2.0….which I ended up to eat the 2nd one right away.
