Sono passato per ben 4 volte in negozio per chiedere informazioni per quanto riguarda un cambio di telefono, per ben tre volte mi sono sentito dire non si può far nulla la richiamiamo niente.
Mi sono ripresentato e idem non si può far nulla.
Sono andato in un'altro negozio hanno chiamato davanti a me e abbiamo scoperto che fino al 20 dicembre sono bloccato. Mi hanno proposto il telefono che volevo con un nuovo numero e questo lo venderò. Grazie del servizio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è molto accogliente sorridente e disponibile per ogni cliente. Malgrado che non sono cliente della Wind trovo ottima la loro accoglienza. Prestano molto attenzione alle aspettative di ciascuno che si presenta al negozio e riescono sempre a tirarne fuori una soluzione per la soddisfazione di tutti. Mi cambierei ben volentieri di casa telefonica ?. Di più il negozio è ben pulito.
The staff is very welcoming, smiling and available for every customer. Despite the fact that I am not a customer of Wind, I find their welcome excellent.
