Sono venuto in Alessandria e ho trovato un ragazzo molto gentile e educato che ci ha aiutato subito a fare tutto e siamo già a posto. Felice e soddisfatti consigliamo di andare la. Ovviamente Vodafone non si è occupata della cosa ma Alfio (del Fastweb store) è stato gentile, mi ha aiutato e non ha neanche provato ad insistere sul rimanere con Fastweb. Grazie mille, rapido, gentile ed efficiente I had to cancel and return the modem. MI ha aiutata a risolvere un problema (che durava da mesi!!!) con l'utenza di mio padre ed è stato l'unico che mi ha supportata. Il servizio del call center è stato pessimo (ad essere gentili!), maleducati e inadempienti. Magari trovare sempre degli operatori come Alfio, si vede che fa il suo lavoro con grande passione.
