Dopo pochi passi, una delle commesse, dopo essermi stata col fiato sul collo qualche secondo, mi ha fermata e mi ha letteralmente tolto l'oggetto di mano accusandomi di star taccheggiando e dicendo che sarebbe andata a rimettere a posto l'oggetto. Nulla da dire, avete perso un cliente. Complimenti per la sgarbatezza e per le maniere.
I entered the shop with the idea of making some purchases, spotted a potential item to buy and proceeded to pick it up and continue to do a simple tour. After a few steps, one of the salespeople, after having breathed on my neck for a few seconds, stopped me and literally removed the object from my hand, accusing me of being silenced and saying that she would go and replace the object.
