★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare, a meno che non si abbia tanto tempo da perdere e nulla di meglio da fare. Ieri pomeriggio c'erano due solo addette nel negozio ed una fila chilometrica di persone, che poi man mano si sono stufate di aspettare e sono quasi tutte andate via. Questo perché le due connesse erano impegnate in due vendite che si sono protratte per quasi un'ora. Ora, è anche carino aiutare le persone non tanto capaci nell'usare i cellulari, ma se hai il negozio gremito di gente, piuttosto che stare lì a copiare rubrica, account, foto e tutto il resto dal cellulare vecchio al nuovo, magari sarebbe stato opportuno invitare il cliente poco capace a passare in un momento più tranquillo e preoccuparsi di tutti gli altri in attesa!

Yesterday afternoon there were only two employees in the shop and a kilometer line of people, who then got tired of waiting and almost all left. This is because the two connected were engaged in two sales that lasted for almost an hour. Now, it's also nice to help people who are not so good at using cell phones, but if you have a shop full of people, rather than just copying your address book, accounts, photos and everything else from old to new cell phones, maybe it would have been it is advisable to invite the poor customer to pass in a more peaceful moment and to worry about all the others waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno più volte di informazioni e assistenza. Entrambe le signorine sono disponibilissime. In particolare modo ho dialogato con la signorina con i capelli ricci (non ricordo il nome) e posso affermare che è sempre stata cordiale e professionale.
I needed more information and assistance several times. Both young ladies are extremely available. In particular, I talked to the young lady with curly hair (I can't remember the name) and I can say that she was always friendly and professional.
