★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this store at all costs. Waited nearly an hour to get a simple SIM card. The staff is either indifferent or hostile. One staff person spent easily a half hour chatting a joking with a customer. Other staff wandered off on informal breaks. Very, very poor level of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m inside of the store now with a group of 5 foreigners who want’s to do a SIM card. Among 6 store staff , in a moment with 0 clients except us, just one offered his help and asked us to be served max 2 par time. This rule is not written or showed anywhere in the store and seems also not clear to them how to apply. While the other 3 we’re waiting they let another 1 solo customer entering in the store and being served from another colleague . I asked the waiting time to complete the procedure and I’ve been told around 5,-10 min but We are still waiting the finalizing after 25 min. while you are experiencing this, in the monitor is running an amazing advertising video. We perceived a big gap among the company intention and customer service in this store.
