β β β β β Bastano 3 persone , avanti al tuo turno, ke magari devi aspettare piΓΉ di un Quarto d'ora, personale un po' lento nel sbrigare e gestire i clienti.
3 people are enough, ahead of your turn, ke maybe you have to wait more than a quarter of an hour, staff a little slow in handling and managing customers.

β β β β β Store Vodafone da evitare, consiglio vivamente di non fare andare le persone anziane. Si Γ¨ recata, una ottantenne, per sostituzione codice iban e la signorina, molto carinamente, ne ha approfittato includendole un'offerta aggiuntiva per internet, facendosi dare cellulare e quindi riuscendo a prendere codice, portando la tariffa a 20 euro al mese.
Vodafone store to avoid, I highly recommend not to let elderly people go. An eighty-year-old went to replace the iban code and the young lady, very nicely, took advantage of it by including an additional offer for the internet, getting her cell phone and then managing to get the code, bringing the rate to 20 euros per month.

β β β β β Pessimo servizio hanno cercato di rifilare a mia madre , e non Γ¨ la prima volta Γ¨ accaduto di nuovo tempo addietro ma siamo ritornati chissΓ ...., un aumento di 5 Euro prontamente rifiutato e chiamato il servizio clienti......,anche fosse che abbia compreso male bastava spiegarsi e procedere alla ricarica originale senza tergiversare , io di mio no ci entro piΓΉ perchΓ© a 3 minuti dalla chiusura, ammetto, ho provato a fare tempo fa una ricarica,...sono stata trattata davvero male , per tutto c'Γ¨ modo e modo, la cortesia e la gentilezza non hanno prezzo!!!!
Bad service they tried to fool my mother, and it's not the first time it happened again some time ago but we came back who knows ...., a 5 Euro raise promptly refused and called customer service ......, even if I misunderstood, it was enough to explain and proceed with the original refill without hesitating, I of my own no longer there because 3 minutes after closing, I admit, I tried to recharge some time ago, ... I was treated really badly, for everything there is way and way, courtesy and kindness are priceless !!!!

Careful!
Store attendant Katy doesn't speak English, so be careful - they will send her to help, but instead she will sell you a SIM card, that will only work for 2(!!!) days and then say you need to pay more afterwards.
Terrible customer service.
