Alla consegna della scheda mi hanno chiesto altri 5 euro totale spesa 10. Chiedo informazioni al servizio clienti e mi confermano che dovevo pagare solo 5 euro da erogare sul traffico. Ora la Ho mi farà una ricarica di 5,00, ma non capisco l'incompetenza e la maleducazione di questi dipendenti, confermata dal servizio clienti Ho. Ho card, replacement for loss cost 5.00, I spoke to the custmer, they confirm the expense to be loaded as traffic. Upon delivery of the card, they asked me for another 5 euro total cost 10. I ask for information from customer service and they confirm that I had to pay only 5 euro to be paid on traffic. Now Ho will give me a 5.00 top-up, but I don't understand the incompetence and rudeness of these employees, confirmed by Ho customer service.

Dal 28 di dicembre 2021 fino ad oggi 11 gennaio 2022 non è ancora stata completata la procedura per il cambio di gestore da Tiscali a Fasweb. Peraltro, cambio obbligato per motivi di sim e di cui si ha avuta consapevolezza durante la procedura del cambio cellulare. Dopo diversi giorni e lamentele gli operatori del negozio hanno affermato che un codice era stato trascritto in modo errato. Di chi la responsabilità? con precisione non è dato sapere. Non esiste un referente a cui rivolgersi per evidenziare i propri diritti di utente ed il disagio. E neanche si è potuta constatare disponibilità e gentilezza verso il cliente.
