A	Adozioni Cani e gatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connessione altalenante, molto spesso ha problemi e basta un temporale per farla andare via. Il servizio clienti è pessimo, non fanno altro che dire ''faremo una verifica'' ( immaginaria a quanto pare). Nonostante ciò, questo servizio è la soluzione migliore per chi non è raggiunto da ADSL. Swinging connection, very often has problems and a storm is enough to make it go away. Customer service is bad, they just say '' we'll do a verification '' (apparently imaginary). Despite this, this service is the best solution for those not reached by ADSL.
W	Walter Tandoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almeno una volta a settimana devo chiamare l'assistenza per risolvere i problemi di connessione (velocità bassissime, neanche con il modem 56k si andava così lenti). Loro rispondono con "faremo delle veriche" e i giorni passano senza miglioramenti. In un mese si e no ho una connessione decente per un massimo di 5 giorni. Poi basta una pioggiarellina per fal saltare quasi del tutto la connessione. Non che con il bel tempo sia meglio, ma quando piove peggiora ulteriormente. Peccato perchè nei primi periodi mi sono trovato bene ed era una valida alternativa all'ADSL. Ma ora la qualità del servizio è scesa parecchio. Too bad because in the first periods I found myself well and it was a valid alternative to ADSL. But now the quality of the service has dropped a lot.

Nella mia zona di Cassano delle Murge zona foresta, anche se sono rimasto cliente il servizio ha lasciato sempre a desiderare. Non parliamo di quando in inverno il tempo è inclemente o ventoso , il segnale completamente assente. Purtroppo non avevo altre soluzioni. Spero in una connessione via cavo. Dal punto di vista tecnico il servizio è stato identico a quello degli altri operatori (tutti gli operatori condividono le stesse infrastrutture!) ... dal punto di vista dell'assistenza è migliore perché sono capaci di maggiore flessibilità. Quando copriranno la mia zona con la fibra per le famiglie sicuramente tornerò con loro. I have been an ADSL customer of this company. From a technical point of view the service has been identical to that of the other operators (all operators share the same infrastructures!) ... from the point of view of assistance it is better because they are capable of greater flexibility. When they cover my area with fiber for families, I will definitely come back with them.
r	ruggiero delcuratolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riesco a capire come mai il servizio sia così instabile, 17 mega in download invece di 100 sono stanco a riavviare router decine di volte al giorno e chiamare l'assistenza periodicamente per sistemare. Ciliegina sulla torta non ti danno il nome utente e password del router, cosa ai limiti se non fuori legge dato che il router é mio (uno zte scadente). Risultato: dovrei chiamare ogni volta io volessi modificare qualcosa nella mia rete domestica, assurdo! I can't understand why the service is so unstable, 17 mega download instead of 100 I'm tired of restarting the router dozens of times a day and periodically calling for assistance to fix it. Icing on the cake does not give you the username and password of the router, which is the limit if not outlawed since the router is mine (a poor zte). Result: I should call every time I wanted to change something in my home network, absurd!
A	Antonio Iorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E una azienda che fine mese la connessione va quasi a zero e poi se ce qualche problema passano le settimane per risolverlo,fanno pena o quasi schifo. S	Ste Mariano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se vi posto i miei speed test attuali vi faccio vergognare... e poi... la domenica dovete mettere qualcuno pronto ad intervenire se ci sono problemi... se date un servizio h24 dovete ssere pronti ad intervenire... no che la domenica stiamo a casa e i clienti chi se ne frega... if I post my current speed tests I make you ashamed ... and then ... on Sunday you have to put someone ready to intervene if there are problems ... if you give a 24 hour service you have to be ready to intervene ... no that the Sunday we stay at home and the customers who cares ...
