★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di telefonia ben fornito , un pó scomodo parcheggiare se non si é della zona ma il personale all' interno é competente e gentile , entrare nel negozio e trovare qualcuno che ti accolga con il sorriso già fa tanto a differenza di molti negozi dove sembra che fai un favore ad entrarci.Ringrazio la signorina Valeria che mi ha servito sabato pomeriggio.
 Store well stocked, an awkward little bit telephony park if it is not in the area but to 'in-house staff is competent and friendly, enter the shop and find someone who will accept with a smile already does so much unlike many stores where it seems a favor to Valeria entrarci.Ringrazio the lady who served me Saturday afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza che ho trovato nel centro wind è stata indisponibile ed era molto ansiosa perchè doveva servire i clienti che attendevano fuori . Le Informazioni sono state poco chiare. Mi dispiace per l’esperienza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccezionale il personale. Soprattutto la signorina Valeria. Chiara, comprensibile, disponibile, veloce e competente oltre che estremamente gentile. È un ottimo punto vendita un posto dove il cliente si sente accolto e considerato. Piccolissimo neo non c'è u o sgabello o una sedia dove sedersi ad attendere e all'interno fa molto caldo ma forse l'aria condizionata non era attiva.
Exceptional staff. Especially Miss Valeria. Clear, understandable, available, fast and competent as well as extremely kind. It is a great selling point a place where the customer feels welcomed and considered. There is very little neo in there is no stool or chair to sit in and wait and it is very hot inside but maybe the air conditioning was not active.

Sono passato per caso avendo un problema con la mia linea telefonica a casa e ho trovato personale disponibile e competente pronto a risolvere il mio problema e a propormi un piano tariffario più conveniente, mi ha servito la ragazza scura di carnagione, non so se sia la titolare e la ringrazio nuovamente per la disponibilità.

Acquistato un cellulare con un abbonamento mensile e mi sono ritrovata a pagare spese in piu! sono tornata per chiedere spiegazione e mi hanno risposto con un "NON LO SO"
Se passi da negozio per chiedere un informazione ti rispondono in modo scocciato e antipatico come se ti stanno facendo un favore !

Unpleasant and incapable!
Bought a cellphone with a monthly subscription and found myself paying extra expenses! I came back to ask for an explanation and they replied with a "I DON'T KNOW"
If you pass by the shop to ask for information, they will reply in an annoyed and unpleasant way as if they are doing you a favor!
