★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni anni fa non riuscii a passare a Fastweb operatore mobile rimanendo per 3 giorni con lo smartphone inutilizzabile, oggi stavo rischiando lo stesso, ma devo GRAZIE solo allo staff di Bari che è stato perfetto a differenza di chi è stato messo a rispondere al telefono del servizio clienti. Ancora grazie.
 A few years ago I was unable to switch to Fastweb mobile operator staying for 3 days with the smartphone unusable, today I was risking the same, but I only have THANKS to the staff in Bari who was perfect unlike those who were put to answer the phone of the customer care. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e gentilezza, sono andato li convinto di annullare tutto a causa di un serio problema tecnico di portabilità e all'incapacità di chi mi aveva venduto il servizio di aiutarmi e darmi risposte, mi hanno risolto tutto in pochi giorni e non mi hanno lasciato senza telefono fornendomi una scheda (a titolo gratuito) per traghettare il periodo di passaggio. Professionalism and kindness, I went there convinced to cancel everything due to a serious technical problem of portability and the inability of those who had sold me the service to help me and give me answers, they solved everything in a few days and they did not leave me without telephone providing me with a card (free of charge) to ferry the passage period.
