Ho lasciato da loro un tablet con un problema diverso. Ho portato da loro il mio iPhone per la sostituzione del display, poiché il vetro era rotto. Dopo una lunga attesa, L’ impiegato al piano di sopra, nascosto da occhi del pubblico, sostituisce il display. Verifico in luogo le funzionalità del telefono e mi accorgo subito che i vocali whatsapp si sentono SOLO in viva voce. Gli dico che non vado via col telefono in questo stato e chiedo i rimettere il mio vecchio display. La proprietaria ed il suo impiegato mi dicono che hanno fatto un lavoro corretto e che e’ il mio telefono che ha problemi. Io allibita. Discutiamo. Lei urlante, insiste con le sue convinzioni. Sono andata via col telefono con lo schermo Ancora più spaccato e non ripristinato di alcune sue funzionalità. Mi rivolgerò a professionisti Incompetenti, imbroglioni, cafoni con le persone. Non credo di essere il solo ma ho davvero avvertito la sensazione che il loro lavoro non viene fatto solo per guadagno ma anche per togliere il dispiacere che deriva dal disagio che un qualsiasi apparecchio elettronico al giorno d'oggi può darci. Simpatici, ironici e sopra ogni cosa la loro onestà, qualcosa che in questo campo è rarissima. Io consiglio di recarvi istantaneamente da Phone Therapy al primo segno di un eventuale problema su un cellulare, tablet, Android o Mac che sia (anche su computer desktop) e state tranquilli che la 90% la soluzione ci sarà (credo siano esclusi i danni da bomba atomica) ma anche davanti a codesti loro non diranno no, ci proveranno e riproveranno perché l'idea che mi sono fatto e per loro il lavoro è una missione. Avevo un problema di audio al mio IPhone e il vetro rotto (ma funzionante e poco visibile). Il costo finale è stato incrementato del 20% perché avevano sbagliato la diagnosi (il problema è che non mi hanno mai ascoltato mentre cercavo di informarli) ed il vetro che avevano messo risultava molto più scuro (i colori erano meno intensi e vivi) e la funzione touchscreen non funzionava bene. A mio avviso il pezzo non era originale Apple… e quindi ho chiesto di ripristinare il mio vecchio vetro. Non critico in modo negativo se decidono di usare pezzi non originali: critico per il fatto che non lo dicono e si fanno pagare come pezzi originali. Il negozio poi… abbandonato a se stesso. Tra polvere, disordine e addobbi di Natale ancora appesi (siamo quasi ad aprile). La commessa? Sono problemi del proprietario. “You who enter lose all hope” !!! I strongly advise against this shop.
