★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non lasciate MAI il vostro numero di telefono a loro per nessuna ragione. Inizia un bombardamento senza fine al vostro numero di telefono con messaggi indesiderati. Ho chiamato più volte per chiedergli di rimuovere il mio numero, super gentili dicono di rimuovere subito, poi dopo poco riprendono. Tutto in barba alla legge. Sto per mandare l'ultima mail minatoria, poi passerò alle vie legali perché non ne posso più. Ho provato anche a bloccare il mittente ma continuano a mandare messaggi da nuovi numeri. FUORILEGGE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al negozio a seguito di ricerca punti vendita autorizzati ad attivazione sim HO. La promozione in corso é 15,99 (sim+attivazione+prima ricarica da 6€). L’incaricato del negozio mi dice che il costo nel loro negozio é di 25 euro e che la differenza di prezzo rispetto a quella pubblicizzata sul sito me la sarei ritrovata in credito da utilizzare in seguito. Dopo 3 giorni, ad avvenuto passaggio sul mio numero, scarico l’app e vedo che non ho il credito in più per la differenza di prezzo pagata rispetto la promozione pubblicizzata. Chiamo in negozio e lo stesso incaricato mi dice che ho capito male e che non mi ha mai detto che la differenza sarebbe stato in credito residuo ma la differenza sono per i costi di attivazione dei rivenditori HO. Faccio questa recensione per far capire al rivenditore che se hanno una sorta di premio per le attivazioni delle schede del nuovo operatore é meglio se abbassano i loro “costi” piuttosto che prendere in giro i clienti e poi dirgli che hanno capito male. Io ho qualche soldo in meno in tasca ma con questa recensione i clienti sanno come stanno realmente le cose.
I went to the store following a search of authorized sales points for sim HO activation. The current promotion is 15.99 (sim + activation + first charge of 6 €). The person in charge of the store tells me that the cost in their store is 25 euros and that the price difference compared to the one advertised on the site I would have found myself in credit to use later. I make this review to make it clear to the retailer that if they have some sort of reward for activating the new operator's cards, it is better if they lower their "costs" rather than making fun of the customers and then tell them that they have misunderstood. I have less money in my pocket, but with this review, customers know how things really are.
