★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per risolvere un problema alla mia sim, purtroppo nel mio caso specifico non hanno potuto fare nulla, e quindi ho dovuto ripiegare su altro canale (chat dalla pagina Vodafone su facebook) tuttavia il negozio dopo il passaggio avvenuto anni fa alla nuova gestione risulta ben organizzato, l'atmosfera rispetto a prima ora è più gradevole ed il personale gentile.
I went to solve a problem with my sim, unfortunately in my specific case they couldn't do anything, so I had to fall back to another channel (chat from the Vodafone page on facebook) but the store after the changeover occurred years ago to the new management it is well organized, the atmosphere is more pleasant than before and the staff is kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tornerò mai più in questo centro. Non ti notiziano dei costi nascosti della sim neanche su richiesta esplicita. Quando sono tornato da loro dicendoglielo, hanno abbassato lo sguardo e basta. Questo comportamento è scorretto. Ho cambiato gestore e non tornerò mai più da loro che non ti aiutano neanche a disattivare servizi mai attivati! Vergogna!
I will never go back to this center. They do not notify you of the hidden costs of the sim even on explicit request. When I came back to tell them, they just looked down. This behavior is incorrect. I changed my manager and I will never go back to them, they won't even help you deactivate services that have never been activated! Shame!
