 Great store, helpful and friendly staff. Purchased scrubber-dryer in the shop, it was delivered to me within half an hour or so .... I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offerte buone, ma personale assente. Si fatica molto a rintracciarli sul telefono, e non sanno dare risposte certe ma sempre in dubbio. Preferirei più presenza , per qualsiasi cosa,qualsiasi informazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa purtroppo il pagare prima comporta il fatto che non puoi più annullare l'ordine fatto. In tre giorni mi hanno cambiato l'ora di consegna 4 volte. Un disservizio unico .

È il tipico negozio di elettrodomestici di quartiere, come esistevano 30-40 anni fa. Ha prezzi competitivi e un vasto assortimento e soddisfa le esigenze di coloro che non vogliono girarsi gli ipermercati sulle tangenziali attorno a Bari né ordinare on line su Amazon.
Nais Casa is a very interesting shop.
It's your typical neighborhood appliance store, as it existed 30-40 years ago. It has competitive prices and a vast assortment and meets the needs of those who do not want to browse the hypermarkets on the ring roads around Bari or order online on Amazon.

Tanti anni fa era un negozio che funzionava, grazie anche alla cortesia di chi ti serviva. Ho comprato tanti elettrodomestici da loro , non sempre ottimi e' vero, ma tornata dopo qualche anno, devo esprimermi molto negativamente.
Prezzi altissimi, poca varieta', avanzi di magazzino e , soprattutto, commessi pessimi! Anzi COMMESSA pessima.Scortese a dir poco.
Mi ha anche fissato un appuntamento per sopralluogo dandomi buca!!!tutto il giorno ad aspettare e neanche una telefonata per rimandare l'appuntamento e non raggiungibili da me.
Pessima esperienza.
Con tutta la concorrenza che c'e' poi si lamentano se chiudono!

Many years ago it was a shop that worked, thanks also to the courtesy of those who served you. I bought many appliances from them, not always excellent it is true, but returned after a few years, I have to express myself very negatively.
Very high prices, little variety, leftovers and, above all, bad salesmen! Actually very bad ORDER. Rude to say the least.
He also set me an appointment for an inspection giving me the hole !!! all day waiting and not even a phone call to postpone the appointment and not reachable by me.
Bad experience.
With all the competition there is then they complain if they close!
