Sono anni che io e la mia famiglia ci rivolgiamo a questo punto vendita per acquisti anche importanti (lavatrici, tv, cellulari, frigoriferi, etc.). Ultimo acquisto dei miei: una TV Samsung a quasi 700 euro, con garanzia inclusa. Ci sono problemi di accensione schermo e qui inizia l'odissea. Chiamiamo Unieuro e ci dicono di rivolgerci all'assistenza. Ahaha... l'assistenza! Iniziamo un giro di telefonate, foto e raccolta dati inviati a call centre che ci promettono l'invio di un tecnico presto a casa nostra. Voi l'avete visto il tecnico? Noi no, e sono passate due settimane. Chiamiamo il centro assistenza Samsung di Bari che ci rimanda allo stesso call centre. Ognuno scarica la responsabilità su altri e alla fine nessuno se ne occupa e intanto i miei hanno pagato fior fior di soldi per TV (che non funziona da parecchio) e garanzia. Il centro Unieuro avrebbe assolutamente dovuto aiutarci, non so in che modo, ma se non lo sanno loro... non puoi vendere un prodotto con assistenza inclusa e, se capita che il cliente abbia bisogno di assistenza, abbandonarlo completamente a se stesso. Professionalità ZERO. Empatia ancora meno. Cura del cliente: non pervenuta, se non al momento dell'acquisto, quando devi fare cassa. Ero loro cliente da anni ed anni. Non mi vedranno mai più. I am very very disappointed. My family and I have been turning to this store for years for even important purchases (washing machines, TVs, cell phones, refrigerators, etc.). My latest purchase: a Samsung TV for almost 700 euros, with warranty included. There are problems with the screen turning on and here begins the odyssey. We call Unieuro and they tell us to contact assistance. Ahaha ... assistance! We begin a round of phone calls, photos and data collection sent to call centers that promise us to send a technician to our home soon. Have you seen the technician? We don't, and it's been two weeks. We call the Samsung service center in Bari which refers us to the same call center. Everyone puts the responsibility on others and in the end no one takes care of it and in the meantime my parents have paid good money for TV (which hasn't worked for a long time) and guarantee. The Unieuro center should absolutely have helped us, I don't know how, but if they don't know it ... you can't sell a product with assistance included and, if it happens that the customer needs assistance, abandon it completely to himself. ZERO professionalism. Empathy even less. Customer care: not received, except at the time of purchase, when you need to checkout. I had been their client for years and years. They will never see me again.
