Potrei scrivere una recensione veloce e banale, ma il loro operato merita qualche riga in più. Rocco e Federica sono di una gentilezza unica e ci hanno risolto sempre i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato con la linea mobile o fissa, anche venendo fisicamente da noi per cercare di capire a monte i disservizi vari e eventuali. Non commento la qualità del provider, perché quella è "soggettiva" e varia da zona a zona, da palazzo a palazzo. La qualità del lavoro dei due ragazzi presenti nello store però, è impagabile e quando ho un dubbio o una perplessità, preferisco sempre andare da loro piuttosto che chiamare il semplice 190, anche solo per il piacere di una chiacchiera. È così che ci si dovrebbe interfacciare chi lavora con il pubblico. 5 stelle sono anche poche a mio avviso. Bravi è dir poco. Manuel I've been going to the guys from Vodafone Store in Piazza Duomo for some time. I could write a quick and trivial review, but their work deserves a few more lines. Rocco and Federica are of a unique kindness and have always solved the problems we encountered with the mobile or fixed line, even by physically coming to us to try to understand the various and possible inefficiencies upstream. I do not comment on the quality of the provider, because that is "subjective" and varies from area to area, from building to building. The quality of the work of the two guys in the store, however, is priceless and when I have a doubt or a perplexity, I always prefer to go to them rather than call the simple 190, if only for the pleasure of a chat. This is how those who work with the public should interface. 5 stars are also few in my opinion. Bravi is an understatement. Manuel

Da quando mi sono trasferito a L'Aquila ho avuto sempre problemi di linea sia per il wifi che per la rete mobile, visto che mi trovo in un palazzo storico. Per fortuna ho conosciuto Rocco e Federica di questo centro vodafone. Ci hanno sempre risolto i problemi, gentilissimi, onesti e professionali. Ormai quando ho un dubbio su qualsiasi cosa, vado ad occhi chiusi da loro. I've always had the terror of phone stores, unsustainable times to solve nothing. Since I moved to L'Aquila I have always had line problems both for wifi and for the mobile network, since I am in a historic building. Luckily I met Rocco and Federica from this vodafone center. They have always solved our problems, very kind, honest and professional. Now when I have a doubt about anything, I go to them with my eyes closed.
