★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da dove inizio?! Mi reco in negozio per attivare una promozione di telefonia mobile che mi era stata proposta tramite SMS. Arrivo e l'operatore sprezzante e spavaldo mi propone la FIBRA per casa, non accetto ovviamente e vado avanti con la mia richiesta di attivare la promozione alla rete cellulare. Chiedo dopo quanti giorni verrà attivata e mi risponde dopo 3 giorni. Mi reco a casa tranquilla e dopo 3 giorni effettivamente smette di funzionarmi la mia vecchia sim telefonica dell'altro gestore, qui arriva veramente il bello. La sim Vodafone nuova non funziona e la prima cosa che faccio è chiamare il negozio, ma dopo più di un'ora e mezzo di tentativi NON HANNO MAI RISPOSTO!!! Grazie al cielo mi risponde un ragazzo del vodafone store di Civitanova Marche che mi spiega che mi è stata data una sim sbagliata!! Mi reco in negozio e GIÀ SAPEVANO del disguido avvenuto ma non solo non rispondono al telefono ma nemmeno si sono degnati di AVVISARMI DEL DISGUIDO!!! Hanno aspettato di farmi rimanere senza linea telefonica!!! Assolutamente sconsigliati!!!!
 Where do I start?! I go to the store to activate a mobile phone promotion that was proposed to me via SMS. I arrive and the scornful and arrogant operator offers me the FIBER for home, obviously I do not accept and I go ahead with my request to activate the promotion to the cellular network. I ask after how many days it will be activated and she replies after 3 days. I go home quietly and after 3 days my old phone sim of the other operator actually stops working, here comes the best part. The new Vodafone sim does not work and the first thing I do is call the shop, but after more than an hour and a half of attempts, THEY NEVER ANSWERED !!! Thank goodness a guy from the vodafone store in Civitanova Marche answers me and explains that I was given the wrong sim !! I go to the shop and they ALREADY KNEW about the misunderstanding but not only do they not answer the phone but they didn't even bother to ALERT ME OF THE DISGUID !!! They waited for me to be without a phone line !!! Absolutely not recommended !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disponibilità e cortesia non mancano, certo ma se fai qualche domanda in più perché non comprendi, vuoi l età, vuoi la fila che hai alle spalle causa questa benedetta pandemia, si affrettano a concludere. Nulla da ridire, per carità, lo si capisce, ma un poco più di attenzione alle persone fragili, ci vorrebbe. La signorina sicuramente è la più predisposta. A lei i miei complimenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE: in fase di contratto non vi dicono che attiveranno dei servizi aggiuntivi non richiesti. Sarà poi molto difficile disattivarli e ovviamente non rimborseranno nulla. State alla larga dalla Vodafone, esperienza negativa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queste mie stelle sono ESCLUSIVAMENTE per l'operatore Gabriele, che è stato l'unico dipendente Vodafone in grado di risolvere, E VOLER RISOLVERE un problema di contratto (non andato mai a buon fine, per uno sbaglio) che avevo stipulato ad OTTOBRE. Da Ottobre a Gennaio mi sono recato in negozio tante volte, ma mai con un risultato positivo la frase era sempre la stessa, non si preoccupi ci pensiamo noi!!. Solo Gabriele si è impegnato e ha risolto il problema così "irrisolvibile" come ci riferivano gli altri! Ancora Grazie Gabriele le mie 5 stelle sono solo ed esclusivamente per te, ed invito i tuoi colleghi e superiori di fare attenzione quando stipulano contratti, grazie ancora

From October to January I went to the shop many times, but never with a positive result the sentence was always the same, don't worry we'll take care of it !!. Only Gabriele was committed and solved the problem as "unsolvable" as the others told us! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE... hanno appioppato un servizio chiamato Digital Privacy & Security di 2€ al mese sul mio contratto internet casa senza avermelo specificato verbalmente o per iscritto. Per fortuna mi sono accorto subito ma dispiace vedere come debbano cercare di spillare pochi spiccioli a clienti onesti che vogliono solo pagare per un servizio senza doversi preoccupare di controllare ogni singola fattura..
ATTENTION ... they have added a service called Digital Privacy & Security of 2 € per month on my home internet contract without having specified it verbally or in writing. Luckily I realized immediately but I'm sorry to see how they have to try to steal a few pennies from honest customers who just want to pay for a service without having to worry about checking every single invoice ..
