The guys who work in this shop are so helpful, kind and patient as to overshadow the manager's offers ... as long as they are there .... I'll stay with wind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho attivato una promozione con incluso il telefeno e in omaggio c era un Kindle che al momento non era disponibile. Nonostante mi avessero detto che mi avrebbero contattato per il ritiro questo non é avvenuto. Ho mandato mia madre con un biglietto con su scritto Kindle e le hanno rifilato un Cromecast mai chiesto. Si rifiutano di cambiarlo e non rispondono al telefono. Credo che mi rivolgeroo' ai carabinieri.
I activated a promotion with the phone included and there was a free Kindle that was not currently available. Although they told me that they would contact me for the withdrawal, this did not happen. I sent my mother with a note that read Kindle and they trimmed her a Cromecast never asked. They refuse to change it and don't answer the phone. I think I'll turn to the police.

Purtroppo per ME se l'azienda di cui sono rivenditori non è seria e fa pubblicità ingannevole loro ci rimettono di credibilità perché il cliente si fida innanzitutto del negoziante. Ho fatto prima a cambiare operatore.

Unfortunately for ME, if the company they are resellers is not serious and makes misleading advertising, they lose credibility because the customer trusts the shopkeeper first of all. I changed operators first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale paziente è qualificato... tengo a sottolineare la pazienza inquanto immagino non sia semplice al giorno d’oggi avere a che fare con gente che magari dimentica i modi e l’educazione ( lo dico per via di episodi spiacevoli accaduti in mia presenza nel punto vendita risolto dal personale egregiamente). Nonostante ciò, molto professionali e con una buona capacità di esplicazione (a prova di scemo), sempre sorridenti cosa che fa sempre più che piacere . Ottimo store
patient staff is qualified ... I want to emphasize asthe guess patience is not easy nowadays to deal with people who may forget the manners and education (I say this because of unpleasant incidents that occurred in my presence in store solved by the staff very well). Nevertheless, very professional and with a good capacity for explication (fool-proof), always smiling which is always more than pleased. Great store

Do quattro stelle su 5 perchè, essendo centrale molto spesso è affollato e un problema di cinque minuti si moltiplica per l'attesa, ma questo non può essere evitato.
Friendly staff always available for any problem. The shop is very central so it can be easily reached on foot. I give four stars out of 5 because, being central it is very often crowded and a problem of five minutes is multiplied by the wait, but this cannot be avoided.
