B	Bassam Khader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggi per un abbonamento tim sono rimasto dalle ore 15.30 alle 16.30 i ragazzi della telefonia erano gentilissimo ma quando sono andato alla cassa c'era una fila di 4 persone ho chiesto gentilmente a una commessa che si trovava diettro le casse se era possibile aprire l'altra cassa ma la signora.ra mi ha detto un'attimo !!!!!! Per poi siccome dovevo andare al lavoro ho chiesto di annullare tutto e volevo andare via ma la commessa mi disse "ooh poi mi ha detto che sono fuori di testa" ho risposto mica siamo in strada per parlarmi in questo modo, era molto aggressiva e maleducata. Mi rendo conto che spesso si può avere a che fare con persone indecise, che fanno milioni di domande e pur ricevendo milioni di risposte non vanno ne avanti ne dietro, ma quello che ho apprezzato di più è la loro pazienza, indice di un addestramento adeguato a questo tipo di attività. Passati 20 minuti ad essere stati rimbalzati tra un commesso e un altro perché "non rientrava tra le proprie mansioni" (nonostante si stavano grattando I cosiddetti) abbiamo preso la saggia decisione di andare a spendere i soldi da un altra parte. Mai più.... NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
