β β β β β Sono passato a questo punto di vendita per ritirare il braccialetto, che ha comprato mia figlia in offerta il 03/11/2019. Il braccialetto risultava troppo largo, quindi la commessa li ha proposto di accorciarlo per la differenza di "pochi euro". Ma in realtΓ oggi 15/11/2019 mi hanno richiesto il 15 euro, per accorciamento di un braccialetto, che mia figlia ha pagato 10 euro! Hanno richiesto una somma, che non Γ¨ stata comunicata al cliente, perchΓ© "pochi euro" non puΓ² significare 150% del valore dell'oggetto. Abbiamo avuto una lunga discussione con delle commesse, tra quali una era tranquilla, e l'altra agitata. Alla fine, mi hanno risposto, che loro negozio non restituisce i soldi per gli oggetti danneggiati.
Peccato, che curando aspetto esteriore del negozio, che altrettanto bello, non si presta bene l'attenzione alla selezione del personale, che rovina subito l'immagine del negozio.

Too bad, that taking care of the exterior appearance of the store, which is just as beautiful, does not pay attention to the selection of personnel, which immediately spoils the image of the store.
