★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovata bene, prodotti ottimi ma oggi il personale era pessimo,ho preso una brioche con gelato, prezzo 3,50€ x una misera pallina di gelato e la brioche tagliata con la falce,era praticamente immangiabile,se non si ha voglia di lavorare, basta lasciare il posto a chi ne ha voglia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più volte ho preso il gelato per i miei bambini e mai nulla da dire , ma oggi proprio delusa , nulla per il gelato ma io ho preso un Muffin al pistacchio e un caffè macchiato caldo , il muffin immangiabile , sembrava fatto da una settimana , duro e il pistacchio...lasciamo stare , caffè macchiato caldo ma non c'era ombra di schiuma del latte , mi dispiace ma sono rimasta proprio delusa , anche perché ho riportato indietro il muffin quasi intero e per rimediare avrebbero potuto rimborsare o proporre altro ?
Several times I had ice cream for my children and never nothing to say, but today really disappointed, nothing for the ice cream but I had a pistachio muffin and a hot macchiato, the muffin inedible, it seemed made for a week, hard and the pistachio ... forget it, hot macchiato but there was no hint of milk froth, I'm sorry but I was really disappointed, also because I brought back the almost whole muffin and to make up for it they could have refunded or offered something else ?

Also Die Konditorei ist echt Top , das Lokal ist sehr gepflegt , das Personal total höflich und zuvorkommend . Also unterm Strich 10/10
Covid-19 bedingte Maßnahmen:
Die freundliche Verkäuferin trägt eine Maske (MNS) und sie greift die Eiswaffeln mit einer Zange. Das finde ich echt gut und hygienisch TOP?
A cute pastry shop with a variety of goodies. (Ice cream, cakes, coffee, etc.)
So the pastry shop is really great, the restaurant is very well-kept, the staff are totally polite and courteous. So the bottom line is 10/10
Covid-19 related measures:
The friendly saleswoman is wearing a mask (MNS) and she grabs the ice cream cones with tongs. I think that's really good and hygienic TOP?
