★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho assaggiato la crostata al pistacchio del mio bar preferito in assoluto. L'avevo vista tra le foto delle storie di Instagram e non vedevo l'ora di gustarla. Responso? Ma che te lo dico a fà?! Da leccarsi i baffi. Frolla croccante, ripieno goloso di pistacchiella e granella di pistacchio. Ah, al banco ho notato un'altra crostata con frutti di bosco...il prossimo assaggio sarà per lei.
Naturalmente la domenica non è domenica senza i dolci dopo pranzo, così abbiamo anche ordinato le sfogliatelle con pistacchiella. Abbiamo pensato bene di prenotarle, perché la domenica capita spesso di non trovarne, sono richiestissime. Purtroppo nella foto ne mancano cinque, mi ricordo sempre in ritardo di fotografare. E c'erano anche due cialdoncini con ricotta ? Golosamente, una vostra affezionata cliente. ?

Mouth-watering. Crunchy shortcrust pastry filled with pistachio and chopped pistachios. Ah, at the counter I noticed another tart with berries ... the next taste will be for her.
Of course Sunday isn't Sunday without desserts after lunch, so we also ordered the sfogliatelle con pistacchiella. We thought it best to book them, because on Sundays we often don't find them, they are in great demand. Unfortunately in the photo there are five missing, I always remember taking pictures late. And there were also two small wafers with ricotta ? Golosità, a loyal customer of yours. ?
