★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se solo si degnassero nel corso di un pomeriggio di rispondere mezza volta al telefono non scadrebbero le offerte del gamestop, invece parte direttamente la segreteria che dice che "al momento non possono rispondere".
If only they deigned to answer the phone half time in the course of an afternoon, the offers of the gamestop would not expire, instead the answering machine starts directly and says that "at the moment they cannot answer".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non rispondono mai. Ho ordinato uno Shenmeu 1 e 2 nuovo per Playstation 4 e ne hanno spedito uno usato, però pagato per nuovo. Scorretti al massimo.
They never answer the phone. I ordered a new Shenmeu 1 and 2 for Playstation 4 and they shipped a used one, but paid for it new. Incorrect to the maximum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un paio di cuffie scontato a 24€, arrivata alla cassa la commessa, già di per se per nulla cordiale, ha inserito insieme alle cuffie delle salviettine NON RICHIESTE. Mi sembrava scontato fossero gratuite quindi non ci ho fatto caso, arrivata a casa ho notato che nello scontrino aveva battuto 8 salviette a 50 centesimi l'una per il "modico" prezzo di 4€ (e per inciso nel sacchetto le salviette erano pure 6 e non 8)
Sapevo foste tirchi, ora anche truffatori?
Continuando con queste politiche perderete tutti i clienti, alla fine perché guidare fino ad un negozio fisico dove finisco per giunta ad essere truffata quando posso comodamente ordinare i giochi che voglio da internet ad un prezzo nettamente inferiore? IMBARAZZANTI
I bought a discounted pair of headphones for € 24, and when the saleswoman arrived at the checkout, she was not at all friendly and inserted wipes NOT REQUIRED together with the headphones. It seemed obvious to me that they were free so I didn't notice, when I got home I noticed that in the receipt she had beaten 8 wipes at 50 cents each for the "modest" price of € 4 (and incidentally the wipes in the bag were also 6 and not 8)
Did I know you were stingy, now also crooks?
By continuing with these policies you will lose all customers, in the end why drive to a physical store where I end up being scammed when I can comfortably order the games I want from the internet at a much lower price? EMBARASSING
