★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzo delle Converse nuovi arrivi errato, alla cassa mi hanno fatto pagare di più. Scorrettezze tra l'altro non ammorbidite con un gadget o un omaggio vista la mia legittima incazzatura. Il "signore, io sono una dipendente, non posso farci nulla" non è tollerato,non è corretto nei confronti della clientela. Non verrò più da Cisalfa Agrigento, e voi attenti agli acquisti: prezzo esposto uno, prezzo alla cassa un altro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione del negozio. 2 persone a controllare il green pass ed altre 2 per servire le persone nel negozio. Risultato? Nessuno vuole servirti perché già impegnato e stanco, e dopo 10 minuti di attesa un commesso in lontananza mi chiede la taglia per poi liquidarmi, sempre da lontano, con un semplice no fatto col dito. Direi comportamento vergognoso per un negozio che dovrebbe essere un punto di riferimento vista l'ampia disponibilità di prodotti.
Bad shop management. 2 people to check the green pass and another 2 to serve the people in the shop. Result? Nobody wants to serve you because they are already busy and tired, and after 10 minutes of waiting a salesman in the distance asks me for the size and then liquidates me, always from a distance, with a simple no with the finger.
