Allora telefono per avere indicazioni su come fare e per ben due volte mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero telefonato dopo 10 min e biente per ben due volte, richiamo per la terza volta arrabbiato e mi hanno detto di passare in negozio che avremmo trovato una soluzione, invece faccio 25 km andare e 25 per tornare e quando arrivo in negozio mi trovano la scusa che non puo essere cambiato perche non mi era registratonal momento dell acquito, insomma si sono lavati le mani ed il conta marce e solonda buttare perche non si puo usare. Gli confermo che per me può andar bene ordinarlo e aspettare alcuni giorni, e decidono per venirmi incontro al disagio di farmelo pervenire direttamente alla mia residenza, ottimo ; mi arriva a casa dopo 3 giorni e sorpresa arriva nuovamente la vecchia grafica che io non avevo scelto. Ritorno nuovamente in negozio un pochino più nervoso della precedente volta, i ragazzi si scusano tanto e mi fanno nuovamente un nuovo ordine. Dopo alcuni giorni mi arriva un messaggino al cellulare dell'avvenuta consegna del casco, CHE IO NON HO MAI RICEVUTO. Chiamo immediatamente il negozio e mi dice che non devo rivolgermi a loro , bensì al corriere. Contattato il corriere non mi hanno saputo dare una risposta : ovvero a loro risulta CONSEGNATO - . Segnalato nuovamente al negozio mi dicono che non possono fare niente, in quanto gli ordini vengono gestiti direttamente dalla casa madre. MAI PIU' . Prezzi molto buoni ,oltre alle tute ed i Giacchetti ho comprato 2 caschi shoei ad un prezzo più basso di internet.
