★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sera sono stata da Tezenis per comprare dei costumi , chiedevo informazioni alla commessa di turno e si è mostrata sgarbata, arrogante e maleducata e iniziava a urlare (abbastanza nervosa ) ,io ero una cliente affezionata a questo negozio dopo questo accaduto non ci ritornerò mai più .
 Tonight I went to Tezenis to buy some costumes, I asked for information from the saleswoman on duty and she showed rude, arrogant and rude and she started screaming (quite nervous), I was a loyal customer at this shop after this happened I will never go back more .

Sistemano le cose non rispettando le taglie e tutto è un gran caos; sono poco gentili e per nulla disponibili ad aiutare i clienti che spesso decidono di abbandonare la ricerca e comprare da un'altra parte
The salespeople close the dressing rooms at 8pm and no longer prove they have to fix the store. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capocommessa e commesse maleducate che prendono in giro la clientela pensando che non se ne accorge, ieri mi sono recata per comprare dell intimo e ho scambiato due chiacchiere con loro , dopodiché la capocommessa si gira pensando che non me ne accorgessi e fa risatine con l altra commessa . Atteggiamento infantile e poco rispettoso della clientela. Una vergogna .

No,sono venuta a contare quante mutande avete in negozio!!! Tra l'altro, come abitudine, non danno il resto se si tratta di centesimi.
