Il pistacchio é presente solo come granella, il resto è semplicemente una crema insapore poco colorata e glassa. Tra l'altro sono presenti canditi (non amarene), cosa non riportata tra gli ingredienti.

Pistachio is present only as grains, the rest is simply a tasteless, slightly colored cream and icing. Among other things, there are candied fruit (not sour cherries), something not listed among the ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La piccola pasticceria è eccellente, un'esplosione di sapori in bocca, curata esteticamente, ricercata nei gusti. I croissant sono friabili e con una bella alveolatura, ottimi anch'essi. Perché allora non dare 5 stelle? I croissant ed il bombolone erano vuoti.
La crema pasticcera "penso" fosse eccellente, ma mezzo cucchiaino di crema non basta per poterlo dire.
Peccato, il potenziale c'è.
Consiglio al personale di utilizzare di più le pinze per la pasticceria piuttosto che le mani, soprattutto se si maneggiano soldi alla cassa.
The small patisserie is excellent, an explosion of flavors in the mouth, aesthetically refined, refined in tastes. The croissants are crumbly and with a nice alveolation, excellent too. So why not give it 5 stars? The croissants and the donut were empty.
The custard "I think" was excellent, but half a teaspoon of cream is not enough to say so.
Too bad, the potential is there.
I advise staff to use pastry tongs more than their hands, especially if you are handling money at the cashier.
