★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato consigliato l'acquisto di un cellulare Huawei P40 lite senza informarmi che non ha i servizi Google, tra l'altro mi addebitano la fattura su carta di credito senza informarmi e non riesco più a tornare al merito di pagamento tramite c/c. Si sono tenuti il telefono 5 mesi illudendomi che me l'avrebbero rivenduto ( a un prezzo più basso dell'acquisto) e invece non hanno fatto nulla.Alla fine morale della favola mi ritrovo un cellulare che continuo a pagare e non posso utilizzare.Aspetto con ansia la scadenza del contratto e mai più Vodafone

1 stella perché non si può dare zero. Ti rubano i soldi, omettono, i costi non sono mai come dicono, per loro la parola gratuito equivale a 10 o passa euro e se li chiami o vai da loro per risolvere il problema non rispondono e non risolvono niente da evitare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato un ora ( 1 ora!!) Preche la coppia davanti a me ha comprato un telefono che ha scelto in 5 minuti. Vorrei tanto sapere cosa ci vuole per ricevere il pagamento ed emettere uno scontrino. Vi prego qualcheduno me lo pieghi che non ci dormo di notte. All fine me ne sono andato..spero solo per i cliente che riesca a sbrigare il tutto prima di domani mattina

Mi sono rivolto in questo posto innominabile
Per cercare di risparmiare e migliorare il servizio che ho usato per 20 anni
Ed il risultato finale e che vodafon ha perso un buon cliente e questa persona rimarrà per sempre un imbrogliona.
Avreste dovuto fare qualche cosa per tutto il mese che mi avete fatto girare con dei fogli in mano e le risate che vi sarete fatti
Ma sappiate che a servizio zero le fatture arrivano lo stesso e per ogni fattura ricevuta vi pubblico una recensione così almeno nel mio piccolo forse aiuterò qualche altro povero ingenuo a non fidarsi delle vostre chiacchiere.
