Purtroppo, soprattutto nell'ultimo anno e mezzo i disservizi sono stati parecchi con internet che va e viene, e anche più di qualche giorno senza totale servizio. Lavorando spesso da casa, ho quindi avuto parecchi problemi, dovendo ricorrere alla connessione internet di mio suocero (con altro operatore). Più di qualche volta mi sono rivolto all’assistenza, ma francamente ora mi sono stancato e sto valutando il cambio di operatore, anche perché pagando 72 euro a bimestre mi sembra più che lecito attendersi un servizio impeccabile, e invece così non è. Giusto per fare un esempio: per inserire questa recensione ci ho messo oltre venti minuti!!! Very sorry to have to put a bad review. Unfortunately, especially in the last year and a half, there have been many inefficiencies with the internet coming and going, and even more than a few days without total service. Often working from home, I therefore had several problems, having to use my father-in-law's internet connection (with another operator). More than a few times I have turned to assistance, but frankly now I am tired and I am considering the change of operator, also because paying 72 euros every two months it seems to me more than legitimate to expect an impeccable service, but this is not the case. Just to give an example: it took me over twenty minutes to post this review !!!
