I ragazzi sono molto smart, sempre sorridenti e ben disposti , sono molto preparati e assolutamente professionali., sempre pronti a trovare la soluzione più giusta per te. Ah! Si trovano sempre ottime promozioni. Oggi sono stata in questo negozio e Gabriele mi ha dato immediatamente assistenza, lui è eccezionale! E' bello quando qualcuno capisce immediatamente le tue esigenze ancor prima che hai finito di spiegare di cosa hai bisogno , risultato fantastico! Ho ottenuto di più di quello che desideravo, un' offerta fantastica per la telefonia mobile per me e mio marito che siamo già clienti a casa; sono uscita dal negozio veramente soddisfatta. Entrare in questo punto Vodafone e' sempre un' esperienza positiva! Grazie a Gabriele e a tutti i ragazzi per la cura e l' attenzione con cui si prendono cura dei clienti. Così parecchio tempo fa sono passata a Tim.Poi la scorsa settimana per fare una ricarica a mia madre sono entrata in questo punto vendita, e lì mi si è aperto un mondo. Primo non c era più quel musone che rispondeva sempre male, ma poi ho trovato due ragazzi speciali. Allora sono sempre disponibili, sorridenti e sempre di buon umore. Mi hanno risolto un sacco di problemi entrando anche all improvviso e pure fuori orario. Moooolto competenti e sempre con la risposta pronta ad ogni mia domanda. Ho notato che fanno e risolvono tre o quattro cose x volta senza mai andare nel panico. Fichissimi!!! Sapete quale è stato il finale? Allora sono diventata di nuovo cliente, ho preso un nuovo telefono con nuovo contratto. Poi fatto internet a casa e preso anche Netflix. Questo tutto in un giorno. È vero che mo lì sto' a massacra' perché so ma capra ?, però vi assicuro che è un piacere parlare con loro. Che dire , speriamo che duri altrimenti sono rovinata . They solved a lot of problems for me, even entering suddenly and even after hours. Sooooo competent and always with a ready answer to all my questions. I have noticed that they do and solve three or four things x time without ever panicking. Cool !!! Do you know what the ending was? So I became a new customer, got a new phone with a new contract. Then I did internet at home and also got Netflix. This all in one day. It is true that I am there 'a massacre' because I know but goat ?, but I assure you that it is a pleasure to talk to them. Al inizio di settembre ho fatto un passaggio dal mio gestore si internet che telefonia mi ha promesso la portabilità del numero e che sarà tutto chiaro e trasparente che mi bloccheranno tutti i servizi inutili e che non mi arriverà niente di strano nella fattura ??? Mi sono arrivate 2 fatture vodafone con servizi aggiuntivi in piu altre 5 fatture dal vecchio gestore per il fatto che la portabilità non l’aveva fatta ????aveva semplicemente aperto una nuova linea telefonica!!!!!!!!ci rendiamo conto?!? Per la soluzione mi dice di contattare vodafone che ovviamente mi risponde con (vedi la foto) Purtroppo mi spingi a porre la denuncia si ai carabinieri che alla protezione del cliente? Puoi un’altra cosa che non la capisco hai quell negozio da tanti anni e ti conviene mandare via i clienti insoddisfatti pur di guadagnare su di loro? DO NOT ENTER ???
