Dovevo rinnovare il contratto in scadenza è mi sono recata in questo 3 Store, ma ho trovato solo ladri e bugiardi. Volevo il piano più economico e me lo hanno negato dicendo che la 3 lo riservava solo ai nuovi clienti (falso) ed in più mi hanno obbligata a comprare una seconda SIM dati che dicevano legata al nuovo piano. Insomma NON ANDATECI SONO IMBROGLIONI.

I had to renew the expiring contract and I went to this 3 Store, but I found only thieves and liars. I wanted the cheapest plan and they denied it to me saying that the 3 only reserved it for new customers (false) and in addition they forced me to buy a second SIM data that they said linked to the new plan. In short, DO NOT GO THERE ARE CHEATS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "VERI E PROPRI DISONESTI E TRUFFATORI" mi hanno aggiunto al contratto standard iphone 7 più operatore tre, altre opzioni senza averne mai richiesto l'attivazione , e costi aggiuntivi non da contratto relativi ad un altra SIM di internet veloce mai richiesta!! Consiglio questo 3 store a tutti coloro che si vogliono far prendere per il **** da degli addetti incompetenti , in quanto vi assicuro che sono i numeri uno a farti concludere un contratto con mille opzioni e costi aggiuntivi MAI RICHIESTI!!
"TRUE AND OWN DISHONESTS AND SCAMMERS" have added to the standard contract iphone 7 plus operator three, other options without ever requesting activation, and additional non-contract costs related to another fast internet SIM ever required !! I recommend this 3 store to all those who want to be taken for **** by incompetent employees, as I assure you that the numbers one make you conclude a contract with a thousand options and additional costs NEVER REQUIRED !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili ma attenti a toccare i telefoni. Parte un allarme fastidioso che gli addetti al negozio non riescono a far smettere talmente forte da non riuscire più a parlare. E siccome i telefoni vengono toccati spesso, l'allarme suona quasi in continuazione. Sono andato con mia figlia di due anni e mezzo che dormiva e ha cominciato a strillare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il 133 e ho avuto la conferma della possibilità di effettuare un cambio anticipato di piano sul mio contratto (a fronte di penale). Mi sono recata presso questo negozio e ho ricevuto l'assurda proposta di attivare un numero nuovo, per poi passare il mio numero a un altro gestore e successivamente ripassare a tre. Mi sono rifiutata e ho richiamato il 133, il quale mi ha confermato che il negozio si è comportato così solo per ricevere una percentuale più elevata sulla vendita. Sono poi andata in un altro punto vendita e sono riuscita a fare il cambio senza problemi. 1 stella è pure troppa!
I called 133 and I had confirmation of the possibility of making an early change of plan on my contract (against penalty). I went to this shop and received the absurd proposal to activate a new number, then pass my number to another operator and then go back to three. I refused and called 133, which confirmed to me that the store did so only to receive a higher percentage of the sale. I then went to another store and managed to make the change without problems. 1 star is too much!

Ho chiesto informazioni circa la scadenza del vincolo contrattuale di 30 mesi con 3 e mi hanno detto che, poiché avevo effettuato tutti i pagamenti, il vincolo era scaduto e quindi potevo tranquillamente fare la portabilità. In realtà 3 ha preteso 50 euro per disattivazione anticipata rispetto alla scadenza del vincolo contrattuale. Sicuramente io ho sbagliato a non leggere tutte le postille del contratto ma da un punto vendita ci si aspetta almeno un minimo di competenza sui prodotti che propongono ai clienti.
Total incompetence. In reality 3 has demanded 50 euros for early deactivation with respect to the expiry of the contractual obligation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi accodo a coloro i quali nelle recensioni, danno ai dipendenti di questo negozio dei truffatori. Soggetti di una tale incompetenza professionale, e umana, disgustosa. Omertosi di quelle che sono le reali procedure e condizioni promozionali. Che difronte l'evidenza di un loro errore con tanto di registrazione del 159 che asseriva una versione totalmente diversa da quella da loro invece esposta, hanno avuto il coraggio di voler passare loro da vittime, dicendo che gli operatori del 159 sono "degli incompetenti, noi qui ci mettiamo la faccia". Dopo quattro giorni, e dico QUATTRO giorni di reiterate visite al negozio, mi sono sentito dare solo continue procrastinazioni, al punto tale che l'ultima volta che sono andato momenti faccio chiamare i carabinieri per la totale maleducazione e conseguente frustrazione che tali soggetti tirano fuori. La prossima visita se il problema non sarà risolto diversamente da soluzioni palliative come miseri rimborsi sulla linea, tornerò con i carabinieri sul serio. Rimborso dato, poichè non mi hanno informato che finiti i giga avrei pagato DI TASCA MIA fino alla attivazione della promozione che dovrei avere con giga illimitati; rimborso erogato solo quando hanno visto che mi sono usciti gli occhi, e che comunque non mi risolve un BEL NIENTE. Spero seriamente che l'azienda prenda provvedimenti, altrimenti per loro la clientela di Fiumicino e dintorni andrà a lapidarsi.
