In conclusione, persa la vendita (visto che a 50 euro avrebbe venduto un paio di scarpe di cui una delle due era priva di lacci) e il cliente per la grande maleducazione inaccettabile in un negozio e ovunque. Sconsigliato
I went to the shop this morning, the shop looks nice but the saleswoman is absolutely rude and not at all predisposed to contact with the public. In conclusion, he lost the sale (since at 50 euros he would have sold a pair of shoes, one of which was without laces) and the customer for the great unacceptable rudeness in a shop and everywhere. Not recommended

Negozio non molto grande ma molto curato e pulito, tutto era chiaramente visibile e subito mi sono orientato per la ricerca del regalo.
Personale molto disponibile e cordiale, mi hanno guidato e consigliato al meglio, conoscono ogni singolo prodotto e tutte le tecnologie che Timberland usa per la realizzazione della collezione.
Una bellissima esperienza che consiglio a tutti.
Io sicuramente ci ritornerò per futuri acquisti perché veramente sono stato bene.
I found myself in this shop by chance, looking for a gift at the last moment.
The shop is not very big but very neat and clean, everything was clearly visible and I immediately got my bearings for the gift.
Very helpful and friendly staff, they guided and advised me in the best possible way, they know every single product and all the technologies that Timberland uses for the creation of the collection.
A beautiful experience that I recommend to everyone.
I will definitely be back for future purchases because I really enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timberland ha sempre articoli molto belli, anche se certo non proprio economici... Il negozio non è grande ma provvisto di diversi articoli, incluse ovviamente le scarpe. Purtroppo - e non credo sia una scelta loro, ma aziendale - non fai in tempo a guardare qualche articolo che le commesse subito ti vengono dietro indicandoti le promozioni in corso e cercando di fornirti assistenza su quel che stai guardando, anche se tu vorresti guardare con calma senza avere due occhi fissi che ti seguono... e non è piacevole.
Timberland always has very nice items, although certainly not exactly cheap ... The shop is not large but has several items, obviously including shoes. Unfortunately - and I don't think it's their choice, but a corporate one - you don't have time to look at some article that the orders immediately come after you, indicating the current promotions and trying to provide you with assistance on what you are looking at, even if you would like to look with calm without having two fixed eyes that follow you ... and it is not pleasant.
